The following are terms of use for FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer and if you feel you can not abide by these Terms then do not create an account.

Unless you received prior permission from FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer, you may only register for one FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer account. You must be 18 years of age to register.

To be an active member you must log into your account at least once a month. You must be able to accept emails from admins regarding updates and current happenings on FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer. You must also use our services, either by surfing, posting websites, banners or text ads. Any account with no activity for 6 months shall be placed in a suspended status and an email sent to the member. If there is no response to the email within 30 days the account will be removed from FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer.

FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer has a strict NO REFUND policy. As we are an advertising site, our products are digital and can not be returned to us unused. Therefore, we must endorse no refunds.

Any emails that are bounced(not accepted or returned), including those with an autoresponder such as BitBounce, are subject to having your account suspended. Please ensure that you are able to accept emails from FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer.

FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer is a member of the ECE Network, as such that name will appear on all financial transactions conducted by FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer.

Any and all commissions are paid according to these terms. Commissions may be earned from direct referrals only. This is not an MLM, however you may earn from purchases made from your immediate downline only. Commissions will be paid to the method you select in your account, FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer is not responsible for misdirected funds.

Anyone discovered to violate these terms will have their account suspended or deleted. If it is discovered that you are cheating the system, your account will be suspended and upon review of circumstances possibly closed. If it is found that your account should be closed due to a violation of these terms all credits and commissions owed will be forfeit.

Any questions regarding these terms or any other matter on FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer may be addressed by sending a support ticket to admin for resolution.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any ad views assigned to them. Your FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer account may also be deleted.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*FreeAdsForAll Viral Mailer has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.
